Business Project Management to successfully roll out the global resource planning process and IT infrastructure at the acquired locations (Italy, UK and Denmark) for a total of 2500 employees, 6 business units; - Project Management for the harmonization of the local ERP database and SAP FI / SAP HR ones; - Global resource planning for the running projects portfolio (about 100 projects) and the strategic programs; - Accounting management (about 110M Euro/Year) and SOX key control.
