Provided team leadership to a staff of 10. Projects included a client-centric eBanking solution for an English private bank.

Spearheaded retail bank’s development of innovative products for payment processing and investment products. Created pricing structures and product calculations for investment products. Projects included the development of an Intranet-based product database.

Managed projects and product development initiatives for the investment management division. Projects included all phases of development of new management software for investment portfolio management, controlling and client reporting. Successfully resolved critical issues to ensure timely deployment. Implemented a new centralized structure yielding portfolio management cost reductions while doubling client capacity, increasing revenue growth and improving overall quality. Oversaw a team of 30+.

Oversaw order flow, trade management, and best execution for financial and commodity futures and stock options on the US, European and Swiss exchanges, as well as Forex orders. Provided investment advisory services for private banking and retail banking clients.

Made markets for 70 Japanese/Asian warrants and convertible bonds in a challenging and volatile environment. Performed trading of warrants and convertible bonds successfully on behalf of the banks’ own account. Designed and implemented hedging strategies for concentrated positions and overall market exposure. Provided account management and advisory services for a client base comprised of institutional and private banking customers with a main focus on Asian and Swiss investment products.

Generated sales of traded options and financial futures to institutional clients. Executed advisory services for internal relationship managers. Trained in capital markets department launching new issues (IPOs). Performed market analysis and monitoring to assess credit lines. Conducted Forex operations and executed corporate actions including settling bond interest payments and capital increases.
