Leading the team of Business Analysts in a digitalization project for client on-boarding and product sales processes. Defining and planning the overall analysis approach of the project and aligning it with major stakeholders in business and IT. Ensuring the quality of the requirements documentation.

Managing and documenting requirements to enhance the client on-boarding system. Managing stakeholders throughout many different departments across the bank.

Eliciting and managing requirements for Credit Suisse's global (New York, Singapore, Hong Kong, London and Zurich) document management and archiving system for the Legal & Compliance department. Facilitating workshops with stakeholders, in all geographic regions. Modeling the as-is and defining to-be processes. Support during the process of getting the system and its processes legally certified by an external party.
