Lead the conceptual - and preliminary design - phases of the 13,000 sqm plant and oversee the commencement of construction. Recruit and supervise the local workforce. Liase with local authorities.

Conduct the initial planning for the proposed manufacturing plant in China including the exhaustive site selection process.
