• Responsible for procuring mechanical and electrical bought-out equipment from global and domestic suppliers for cement plants, material handling systems, boilers, and power plants • Achieved about 7.5% cost reduction in bought-out parts and high-value maintenance spares through second sourcing • Managed negotiations through tools like E-Bidding (Pronet) to achieve greater price reduction • Internal Auditor and Department Co-ordinator for implementing ISO 14001:2015

• Acted as a lead-in material planning and procurement for 33/11 kV substations and transmission lines for government projects • Introduced inventory control techniques such as ABC analysis for better management of fast, slow and non-moving items • Played an active role in decision making at the strategic level with the top management and assisted them in filling the project tenders
