This company is making alloy balls and ball-pens. The size of alloy balls is from 0.3mm to 1.8mm. These balls are used in ball-pens and precision bearings. In this company my position from inspector to assistant to quality manager. Responsibilities & Achievements: 1.Take charge of input check, process control and some finished product check. 2.Establish and manage part of quality system. 3.Developing quality control method. 4.Participates in some new products development work. 5.Leading the QC team.
