Tareq Al Qubali

Tareq leads Masdar Group's People & Corporate Services unit, where he brings in a wealth of experience in the Support/Corporate Services sector and serves as a member of the Masdar's executive committee. In addition to his current role which puts him in charge of the group's People & Culture, Procurement, Digital and Technology Services, and Business services verticals; he also plays a vital role in the organisation's various executive committees and is known for his commitment to excellence which is reflected in his deep understanding of the intricacies of corporate governance, corporate services frameworks and executive leadership. Since joining in January 2011 as the Head of Corporate/ Strategic Performance Management, he has been instrumental to the organization's reform and application of its Corporate Strategy & performance management program.
