1) Responsible for the business strategy of the European region with a strong focus on distribution (Agents, Bancassurance, Digital & Affinity). 2) Lead Agent networks in Europe & responsible for European Affinity channel. 3) Lead implementation of European multi-channel strategy to give customers choice to purchase products and receive services using both online & offline channels. 4) Lead European conduct risk agenda to make sure all businesses are in line with both group and local requirements.

1) Responsible for the growth and development of the main distribution channels (Bancassurance, DSF/Tied Agents, Telemarketing and Digital). 2) Develop and lead implementation of non traditional channels with a main focus on digital.

1) Responsible for the retail markets in France, Ireland, Spain, Italy & Turkey. 2) Key responsibilities include the development of the overall retail strategy, define the 3 year roadmap and annual plan, regular reviews of business performance & product mix.

1) Responsible for the insurance revenue of $1bn in 23 markets in EMEA. 2) Key responsibilities include to develop the EMEA insurance strategy, oversee the launch of new products and negotiate both regional and local insurance deals with key providers.
