Director, Engineering. Recruited to turn around, optimize, and oversee product delivery of innovative software solutions for multiple platforms (SaaS, API, consumer web, mobile, live agent web solution) and develop/implement strategies during a time of change management in response to a corporate reorganization. Built and managed a high-performing team (from the ground up) of 80+ employees and managers including DEV Managers, Architects, Scrum/Agile Manager, QA Manager, and Data/Business Analyst Manager.

Hired to direct the software engineering strategy development and execution for this fast-growing, next generation digital music platform including overseeing/leading the international agile/scrum engineering team in delivering music download services for global mobile carriers. Orchestrated redesign for Version 2.0 of the mobile music content delivery platform, increasing number of subscribers from 2.5 million to $4.4 million and adding nearly $10 million in new monthly recurring subscriber revenue.

Vice President, Engineering. Recruited to lead and provide consistency of technical client delivery operations for the world leader in client-branded electronic payment solutions. Directed the delivery of integrated, hosted, white-labeled, web, voice response, call center, mobile, API and backend payments SAAS solution. Promoted from Director to Senior Director to VP of Engineering.
