- Coordinate and implement BU production footprint and concept for region China. - Define and conduct production relocation and localization projects. - Develop capacity and investment planning and continuously consolidation. - Conduct industrialization and safe launch of BU global customer projects. - Review of the relevant production KPI & induction of appropriate measures. - Prosecution Cost-saving, OEE-increasing, bottlenecks control and other IE related tasks.

- Lead and consolidation of investment management in operations region China. - Develop and optimize tracking system to enhance transparency of projects & investments. - Define PM guidelines and implement in all projects and plants in Operations China. - Define and implement KPI for project management and operative targets. - Define and implement reference PMO-organization in China plants. - Implement project career path in China Operations together with HR.

- Monitor and analyse project and investment status in plant level. - Take shared responsibility with line management for project management on plant level. - Take responsibility of PMO organization capability, work force planning, budget. - Ensure all activities/programs related to project are implemented and followed. - Take shared responsibility for yearly investment budget. - Coach project managers in project and investment processes.

- Handle all steps of PEP program/relocation projects in cooperation with relevant segments. - Support customer audits with knowledge of quality control (e.g. APQP, FMEA, PPAP,etc.). - Plan, organize, control and coordinate detailed phases of projects. - Planning/process improvements and cross-departmental coordination. - Implement, update and continuously improve project management related processes.

- Be responsible of the KPI of SCM: Production planning, delivery reliability and inventory. - Collect order information from sales department and assign them to relevant departments. - Analyse project priorities and balance of the material delivery /production. - Be responsible for projects in terms of cost, quality, time within budget. - Coordinate various departments to ensure projects are on schedule. - Lead assembly and testing teams to finish projects according to project plan.

- Conduct monthly stock & material stock analysis. - Utilize resources to get materials ready and reach final time targets. - Optimize material parameters, delivery methods with suppliers to reduce inventory. - Set up monthly production plans and lead team to reach cost reduction targets. - Support plant management for new product implementation. - Implement audit of ISO9001 & ISO14000 & 5S.
