- Bookings (create booking report; forward forecast and store the data in the system; Update rate sheet; Communication with Origin Offices in Asia) - Follow-up/dispo (update dispo list; create exemption orders and send; Enter arrival details into the system; Transport orders and T1 Create and send accompanying document) - Invoice (instruct incoming invoices; create outgoing invoices to customers and send) - Operational Implementation Meeting with customers (1*weekly or on request)

- Process invoice and electronic billing system - Communication with headquarters in China - Assist with daily logistics arrangements

- Communicate with suppliers and arrange to dispatch the products; - Deal with company’s incoming and outgoing invoices with Lexoffice and Google Drive; - Manage Weidian and Ebay online shop and communicate with customers and evaluate their needs

- Greet customers and ascertain what each customer wants or needs - Recommend and describe merchandise and explain use and operation of merchandise - Compute sales prices, total purchases and receive and process cash or credit payment

Main Responsibilities: gather information and prepare documents of new segment; communicate with suppliers/customers; organize commercial presentations for new product; analyze the feed-backs and establish a practical database
