Then come and join our global team as working student (f/m/d) to support Human Resources – Benefits, Pension & Mobility.
Choose the best place for your work – Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.
Your tasks and responsibilities:
- You support global research projects and country-specific analyses
- We involve you in benefits and mobility topics related to M&A activities
- You contribute to the development of our global mobility strategy (e.g. for business travelers, secondments) and support various mobility and global benefits projects
- You provide technical, content and communication support in the creation and maintenance of country-specific Benefits & Mobility Summaries and help with the further development, implementation of our benefits and mobility intranet homepages
- You take over the document management of the department including structuring and updating the MS Teams channels and work on the creation and maintenance of a global benefits database, also you create PowerPoint presentations for the management

Your qualifications and experience:
- You study business administration, human resources, economics, management, business education, mathematics or a comparable course of study related to benefits or mobility
- You are at least in the second semesters Bachelor’s degree
- Ideally, you have already gained some practical experience in HR management
- You are familiar with MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
Your attributes and skills:
- You have a good command of English, German is a benefit
- You enjoy working in a team, are reliable and proactively familiarize yourself with new topics
- You are at least for one year, ideally longer, available
