The role

As the Global Business Marketing Manager for Micro Protection at Symrise, you'll be at the forefront of translating product technology into compelling narratives that resonate with consumers worldwide. Your responsibilities will include:
- Crafting captivating storytelling to showcase the unique selling points of our products, ensuring they meet customer needs and expectations.
- Coordinating the execution of global promotional tools with external graphic designers, maintaining consistency with our branding guidelines.
- Developing creative concepts to support product launches and promotional activities, collaborating closely with BU Heads and Product Managers.
Marketing Activities:
You'll be tasked with running market surveys and analyses to stay ahead of industry trends, identifying unmet customer needs to position our offerings effectively. Collaboration is key as you consolidate competition analysis from various sources, contributing to our strategic marketing initiatives.

You're a seasoned professional in the beauty industry, equipped with a degree and significant experience in brand and marketing management . Fluent in English , you possess e xceptional communication skills , both written and verbal, and have a talent for translating complex technical information into captivating narratives. Your track record speaks volumes; you've successfully led and executed innovative marketing campaigns that have resonated with diverse global audiences. With a strategic mindset and a solution-oriented approach , you're driven to take ownership of projects and see them through to completion. Your passion for beauty and entrepreneurship , coupled with your strong business acumen , sets you apart.
