As a CX/UX Designer at our company, you will take a holistic approach to designing and improving the end-to-end experience of our users and customers on our digital products. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our CX and UX initiatives, focusing on analysis, research, testing, and interaction design. You will closely collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop integrated product and solution strategies aligned with our business goals.
CX/UX Designer 80-100% (m/f/d)
Your Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and optimization of information architectures, interaction designs, and visual interfaces to enhance customer and user experiences.
- Conduct customer and user experience analysis to map out experiences and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Plan and conduct qualitative and quantitative research to gain insights.
- Manage and grow participant pools for user tests and surveys.
- Oversee monitoring/dashboards and success reporting.
- Translate research insights into innovative customer and user experiences, ensuring that our digital products meet the evolving needs of consumers and professionals alike.
- Develop interaction design prototypes.
- Collaborate with product managers, project managers, UI designer, e-commerce development managers, external agencies and many more for integrated strategies.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Optimize CX/UX processes and workflows.
Your Qualifications:
- Proven expertise in CX/UX design, with preference in the e-commerce, healthcare or related industries.
- Proven ability to work in cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication skills.
- Fluency in German and English.
