Scrum master for 2 scrum teams from offshore. I played the role of a mentor for the scrum team and the product owners to leverage and follow the scrum methodology. To summarize, I was entrusted with the following responsibilities: • Lead multiple teams that are working on a project to achieve specific milestones and deliverables. • Hosts daily team meetings to get updates on the progress of the project, address potential roadblocks, and ensure that the project is on track.

I have worked as lead Business Analyst (Offshore Product Owner) for 3 years with focus on understanding and documenting the key business processes along with US healthcare concepts and legal Acts like HIPAA. I am primarily involved in requirement elicitation and documenting them as User Stories.

I played an active role in application Transition Management and Business Analysis. I visited client site to establish strategic partnerships with the business units to develop a solid understanding of the business line; including the business plan, products, and process. I Implemented SEPA as part of Government regulation to ensure generation of universal bank account number valid across all European banks to facilitate smooth transaction workflow.

I was primarily responsible for Testing, Data modeling, Requirement management, Functional testing to validate business rules, understanding the business process and application flow. The project followed the Agile Scrum methodology. I actively contributed to the successful transition of the freight management system from desktop to Web based application by identifying GAPs in AS IS and TO BE business process and functionality.

I lead a team of 4 members over the period of time both from onsite and offshore. I got the opportunity to undertake the role and responsibilities of a business analyst for the client’s securities trading platform. Here I learnt the concepts of exchange traded derivatives, cleared OTC derivatives business processes, trade flows and life cycle etc. I functioned as a primary bridge between the business, operations, and the development team throughout the project life cycle.
