During this time I was able to publish my scientific results in a variety of high ranking biochemical journals like JACS , Biochemistry and FEBS Letters . My scientific work was focused on the examination of mitochondrial steroid hydroxylating systems.

Also, I learned how to prepare scientific manuscripts, research proposals and applications for scientific devices (e.g. successful HBFG-proposal for a Biacore 3000 device in 2004). My scientific work involved the examination of the influence of phosphorylations on complex electron transfer reactions
