Simpel's business model is based on adopting a low-cost market strategy, due to its reliance on leased infrastructure and therefore limited opportunities for value propositions. As adopting a low-cost strategy affects in compromising quality, I have been hired to apply a model to provide high quality products with their services whilst support to maintain a low-cost operation. My quality model is embraced with a growth perspective to ensure customer base and EBITDA growth. The model consists of a BizDev approach, quality drivers and cumulative modeling of competitive priorities; all implemented in a business domain with IT governance. My main goal is to manage a balance between customer satisfaction together with reducing inventory costs and operational expenses while increasing throughput (profitability). My side projects within Simpel are setting up a business hackathon framework, discovering digital product opportunities and sourcing & recruiting business partner candidates.
