Head of Program Management with a passion for helping organisations to close the gap between business and engineering (product development). I believe communication skills are essential for managing complexity in growing organisations. I have dedicated the last 13 years to organisational development, scaled Agile coaching, leadership training and project management in tech organisations. I have experience in leading and building cross-functional teams and executing company-wide initiatives. For the last 6 years, I have been managing and training Agile coaches and project managers. Since 2017 I am offering coaching and consulting services as a freelancer (ipcoaching.eu).
