• You partner with our marketing teams to align the strategies and key initiatives, fostering a shared vision for success.
• You build and enhance sourcing approaches that drive value and align with our business goals, implementing creative solutions to meet all needs.
• You Develop and introduce processes and tools that empower teams worldwide, ensuring seamless sourcing activities across markets.
• You utilize systems and technology to simplify and enhance sourcing processes, while identifying and implementing new tools and methodologies that streamline efforts for all stakeholders.
• You enhance your skills and knowledge in procurement best practices through ongoing training and professional development, ensuring you stay at the forefront of industry trends.

Who we are looking for

• You thrive in team environments and enjoy collaborating with diverse stakeholders, particularly within marketing and procurement.
• You possess a solid understanding of marketing industry and can apply this knowledge to drive effective sourcing strategies.
• You can clearly articulate ideas and foster positive relationships across departments, ensuring alignment and shared objectives. Fluency in both English and German is essential for effective collaboration with our global teams.
• You approach challenges with a creative mindset, actively seeking out new tools and processes to enhance efficiency.
• Whether your experience comes from procurement, marketing, or agency settings, you bring a valuable perspective that contributes to our team's success.
• You are fluent in English (spoken and written) and have at least basic knowledge in German
