Financial accountant / tax clerk (m/f/d)

We are looking for a financial accountant / tax clerk (m/f/d) for our Berlin office with immediate effect. The position can be either full-time or part-time.

Your area of responsibility:

• You will support the accounts receivable, accounts payable and fixed asset accounting processes as well as preparing and participating in the monthly and annual financial statements and the VAT return
• Your tasks include booking bank and credit card statements, cash management, account reconciliation and clarification of open items
• Reconciliation of clearing and balance sheet accounts and analysis of balance sheets and income statements
• You support reporting and controlling

What you bring with you:

• Training as a financial accountant, balance sheet accountant, assistant tax consultant or relevant studies in accounting, controlling or finance
• Very good understanding of the general accounting principles according to HGB
• Up-to-date knowledge of tax regulations as well as the VAT Act and its application to current accounting
• Very confident with MS Office and DATEV
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in German
• You impress with your independent, committed and conscientious way of working
