We are developing an AI copilot, powered by generative and agentic AI, designed to support healthcare professionals across numerous clinical tasks - automating medical documentation, aiding clinical decision-making, optimizing access to clinical trials, and overall enhancing workflows across healthcare platforms. • Design, develop, deploy, and monitor AI-driven applications for medical and research use cases
• Integrate novel components and functionality in both our frontend and backend
• Collaborate on the design of system architectures, ensuring scalability and fast iteration cycles
• Perform code reviews, debug issues, and optimize application performance
• Stay up to date with the latest technological advancements in AI and health tech

• At least 3 years of professional experience as full-stack developer
• Strong Proficiency in Python, JavaScript/Typescript, and other programming languages
• Strong familiarity with the concept of AI (LLM) agents
• Experience in frameworks like React, Vue, FastAPI, Vercel SDK
• Experience in software development tools, especially Git
• Familiarity with database systems, both relational (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and non-relational (e.g., MongoDB)
• Strong experience and interest in designing and building solutions using cloud platforms, especially Azure and AWS
• Practical experience with containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Strong teamwork abilities
• Adaptability to a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Plus (but not obligatory): Experience in the healthcare domain
