DHL Group is offering an exciting internship opportunity as a Health & Safety Communications Intern. Join our team and support us in effectively communicating our Health, Safety, and Environment initiatives and promoting a safe and sustainable work environment.
The key responsibilities as the Health and Safety Comms Intern include:
- Provide support in tasks related to all the communication channels (internal campaigns, SharePoint, social walls).
- Support planning and material creation for Health & Safety campaigns
- Update and create content for internal SharePoint
- Support in creation and preparation of monthly community newsletter and quarterly townhall
- Actively maintain internal Social Walls and drive engagement across the Health & Safety community
- Assist in the planning, organization, and documentation of HSE campaigns and events, including global Health, Safety, and Environment meetings.

- A student of Business Management, Marketing, Communication, or comparable studies – You will need to be an Active enrolment student – Mandatory
- Practical experiences in Marketing & Communication (beneficial)
- Experience with MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint)
- Additional software skills (picture and video editing) (beneficial)
- Creative and enjoy working in an international team
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Any other language is an advantage
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
