We are market leader in the areas of photography, film and CGI, and create new cross-media content that are used according to the target group in question.
Our headquarter is our 11,000 m² large photography studio in Bremen, where we employ around 200 people.
We are looking for a CGI/3D Artist (m/f/d) for
our location in Bremen, to start as soon as possible.
Location
Your tasks
- Create high-quality 3D models, animations, and photorealistic visual effects for lifestyle, fashion brands and more
- Use tools like Autodesk Maya, Autodesk 3DS Max, Adobe Substance 3D, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe After Effects to craft exceptional content
- Collaborate with producers, project managers, and creative teams to develop and execute client visions
- Optimize workflows for rendering and post-production to meet tight deadlines and budget requirements
- Ensure all work aligns with clients’ brand guidelines, project briefs, and technical specifications, maintaining a consistently high standard
- Stay updated on the latest industry tools, trends, and techniques, contributing fresh ideas to enhance our CGI content
What we expect
- Professional experience in 3D modeling, animation, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse projects (portfolio submission is mandatory)
- Proficiency with Autodesk Maya/Autodesk 3DS Max, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe After Effects, including advanced knowledge of rendering and texturing techniques
- Creative problem-solving skills and a very keen eye for detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with competing priorities while maintaining a coherent quality
- A structured, organized, and detail-focused work style, with the ability to document processes and maintain asset archives
- Team player with strong communication skills, the ability to adapt to client feedback and to handle constructive criticism
- Optional: German language skills
- No degree required – we value your skills, experience, creativity, and portfolio above formal education
