Your profile
- Ideally, initial experience in customer service
- Knowledge of energy management is an advantage
- Proficient MS Office skills, knowledge of SAP IS-U desirable
- Very good knowledge of German in spoken and written
- Strong communication skills, ability to work in a team and organizational skills
Your tasks
- Qualified and service-oriented processing of incoming customer inquiries – by telephone and email
- Data management and maintenance in different systems
- Advice on invoices / products / tariffs
- Creating electricity or gas bills, processing incoming meter readings, carrying out moves in the system
