Internship Startup Scouting & Technology Assessments

What you´ll do

• Assist the Henkel Adhesive Technologies start-up scouting team in scouting and identifying emerging start-ups in relevant fields
• Analyze different technologies and business models and assess their potential impact on Henkel’s business
• Support the management of collaborations with selected start-ups, including communication, coordination and follow-ups
• Contribute to the preparation of reports and presentations on startup landscapes and collaborations
• Help organize and maintain a database of identified start-ups, technologies and business opportunities
• Collaborate with members across different teams to evaluate the feasibility and strategic fit of start-up solutions for Henkel

What makes you a good fit

• Master’s student in the field of chemistry, engineering or similar
• Practical or international experience, e.g. by former internships or semester abroad, is beneficial
• Fluent English language skills
• Firm knowledge of MS-Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand and evaluate different business models, technologies and market trends
• A general understanding of the start-up ecosystems and an interest in emerging technologies
• Ability to work independently and in a team, contributing to both research tasks and collaborative projects
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely in reports and presentations

We offer you an attractive salary between € 1050-2095. The exact amount of the remuneration depends on the desired duration, the type of internship (voluntary or mandatory) and existing degrees.
