• Act as a global business expert in retail projects, providing insights and guidance.
• Standardize processes in a decentralized retail organization, aligning them with global standards.
• Collaborate strongly with country retail teams to share best practices and enhance overall performance.
• Implement global retail projects, including task management and communication platforms.
• Integrate omnichannel development, pilots, and implementations into the retail operations organization.
• Create defined frameworks for clusters to operate within, ensuring coherence and adherence to global standards.
• Follow up on strategic directions and support country roles in executing their day-to-day activities.
• Develop, improve, and roll out mobile employee devices to enhance efficiency and connectivity.

• At least 5 years of retail experience, ideally within the Beauty industry.
• Proven experience in a similar role, managing global projects and standardizing processes.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with international teams.
• Proficient in project management tools and methodologies.
• Deep understanding of omnichannel strategies and their implementation in a retail environment.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to influence and drive change.
• Innovative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
