We are seeking an Enterprise IT Architect to join our Corporate IT Enterprise Architecture team. The role will be responsible for driving the evolution of Siemens IT Architecture Landscape and supporting the implementation of our Siemens IT strategy and strategic programs.

• Architecture Strategy & Development: Develop and evolve the Siemens IT Architecture Landscape by defining strategic architecture roadmaps aligned with business and IT strategy. Ensure scalability, security, and interoperability across platforms while driving innovation. 

• Architecture Governance: Drive adoption of architecture principles, standards, and guidelines to ensure consistency across IT initiatives to implements Siemens IT Target Architecture. Lead architecture reviews and decision-making processes to align solutions with enterprise objectives. 

• Project Leadership: Provide architectural leadership for strategic IT programs by ensuring design consistency, technical feasibility, and alignment with Siemens' enterprise architecture. Guide project teams in selecting technologies and designing solutions that meet business needs. Act as a key advisor to ensure architectural risks and dependencies are managed effectively.

• Stakeholder Community: Engage and collaborate with business leaders, IT teams, and external partners to align architecture decisions with business goals. Communicate complex architectural concepts in a clear and actionable manner. Build strong relationships to foster cross-functional alignment and drive architecture adoption

• Architecture Repository & Methodology: Apply enterprise architecture methodologies with LeanIX for architecture documentation, analysis, and portfolio management. Ensure architecture models and insights support decision-making and IT transparency. Drive continuous improvement in architecture practices by optimizing LeanIX usage and integration.

This is how you'll win us over

• Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field

• Experience & Skills

• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in enterprise architecture, specifically in application and platform architecture
• Proven experience in designing and implementing scalable and robust architectures
• Excellent understanding of current architectural principles and methods
• Exceptional problem-solving skills, strategic thinking, and project management abilities
• Proven record working with EAM Tools e.g. LeanIX
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Agile program transformation delivery methods
