Do you want to learn how modern development operates within a big company and actively support our HR People and Organisational Development team? Do you want to work on people development topics in an international environment?

About the role

• Organise and manage internal and external training courses, evaluate feedback and enhance our training portfolio.
• Assist in the planning, organisation, implementation, and evaluation of development instruments and measures.
• Monitor and manage key performance indicators related to our training and development initiatives.
• Explore and research new learning methods and tools, such as blended learning and stay up-to-date with future development trends.
• Support our colleagues in general administrative tasks and day-to-day operations.

Job requirements and experience

• Currently studying in the field of business administration, business psychology or a comparable program.
• Demonstrate a structured, detail-oriented work style, as well as high reliability and independence.
• Solve problems creatively and with a "hands-on" mentality and be a genuine team player.
• Have excellent German and English language skills, as well as proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office products (e.g. Excel and PowerPoint).

Advantageous, but not essential

• Have gained initial experience in the field of people development.
• Basic knowledge of SuccessFactors Learning.
