Your future challenges:

• Vision and Strategy ! You will be responsible for a long-term product strategy that aligns with the company's vision and responds to market trends. You will be a key decision-maker regarding Make or Buy decisions and support M&A activities.
• International Team Leadership & Management ! You will lead our Product Tribe and manage a team across Germany, Israel, and Canada.
• Strategic Project Management & Coordination ! Your projects will drive strategic decisions, you will lead cross-functional teams, and advance our vision significantly. You will work closely with other departments such as Marketing, Sales, Development, and Operations to ensure that all aspects of the product are aligned.
• Measuring & Managing Success ! You will regularly monitor the success of your products using KPIs and other metrics and make adjustments as needed.
• Be our Cyber Seismograph ! You will track technological developments and stay at the forefront by engaging with our network. You will turn customers into fans and represent Link11 in all directions.

Your Skills:

• Academic Qualification : You hold a Master’s degree (e.g., MBA) in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, Design, or a related field.
• Professional Experience : You have several years of experience (> 8 years) in a similar position within our industry and have a proven track record of successfully developing and launching products.
• Leadership & Management : You have excellent experience in leading and motivating complex international teams (minimum of 5 years) and are capable of fostering cross-functional collaboration.
• Communication Skills : You can communicate clearly and persuasively (in English and German), both with internal teams and external partners, and navigate the business landscape confidently.
• Strategic Thinking & Agile Mindset : You have demonstrated the ability to develop product and company strategy. You can respond quickly to unexpected challenges and find creative solutions.
• Analytical Skills : You are skilled in market research, competitive analysis, and making data-driven decisions.
