Role: Customer Service Representative (French and German speaking)
Work model: Hybrid
Salary: up to €40K p/a DOE + bonus

Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide detailed information about the company medical devices, including features, benefits, and usage guidelines.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Assist customers with order processing, tracking, and returns, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Collaborate with the sales and technical support teams to address customer needs.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the database.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends to provide accurate information.
Requirements:
- Fluency in German, French and English
- Proven experience in customer service, preferably in the medical devices or healthcare industry.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong focus on customer interaction.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism.
- Familiarity with medical terminology and a basic understanding of medical devices is a plus.
- Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
