Start now in a permanent position as (Senior/Mid/Junior) Digital Strategy Manager (m/f/d) in our Digital & Technology Continental Europe department joining our international team (ideally) from our headquarter in Frankfurt am Main and work with CBRE colleagues across Europe.

Our Digital & Technology CE team acts as technology thought leader and advisor for the business across countries, supporting holistically from the development and implementation of their digital strategy to the European-wide introduction of innovations and digital solutions (Buy/Build/Partner) while delivering projects and formats that accelerate CBRE’s digital transformation. In doing so, we work closely with our local and global Digital & Technology departments as well as relevant business stakeholders.

YOUR MISSION

• Capture internal business requirements and assist the business in defining areas of innovation and strategic planning, prioritizing efforts, and creating a roadmap for growth and / or transformation
• Explore external opportunities and run market research to identify key technologies (e.g. AI), relevant use cases (e.g. prediction in xyz) and key players in these fields, scalable data providers etc.
• Run pre-discoveries, assess internal / external capabilities and "build vs buy vs assemble” considerations (e.g. vendor comparison), prepare and execute pilots for digital and innovative solutions to explore business opportunities
• Identify cross-divisional requirements and/or products for scaling across markets, coordinate selected projects and track progress, keep oversight of our cross-border application landscape
• Translate complex concepts and issues into easily understandable solutions, run training sessions (e.g. how to use the available AI solutions) virtually or 1:1
• Prepare and execute internal knowledge sharing formats, and thrive our communities for innovators and tech enthusiasts (e.g. AI Think Tank, Innovation Bootcamp, Proptech Meetups)
• Create and execute an internal communication plan, drive the content creation for digital thought leadership and product marketing (e.g. application guidelines, articles, poster, banner, blogs, videos and podcasts)

YOUR PROFILE

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in real estate management, computer science, engineering, economics or a comparable course of study; preferably with a focus on strategy, digitalization or real estate
• Several years of professional experience in an area relevant to the position, ideally experience in transformation projects and/or product development / management / marketing
• Flexibility and adaptability regarding changing tasks and situations, constructive handling of ambiguity and complexity
• Knowledge in (emerging) technologies, in particular affinity for AI and ML, paired with methodological competency (e.g. tools and techniques of innovation management)
• Excellent project management skills (e.g. Prince2, Scrum), ideally experience in the management and implementation of complex projects or project portfolios
• Superior data literacy paired with an analytical and solution-oriented mindset, experience with the use of software applications (e.g. Power BI, Tableau, ArcGIS) is an advantage
• Proactive approach to work, hands-on mentality paired with strong team spirit and implementation will
• Excellent communication, presentation and persuasion skills paired with good conflict management skills
• Excellent MS-Office skills required, knowledge of project management tools (e.g. Smartsheet) and experience with programming languages are an advantage
• Excellent language skills in German and English
