Your Responsibilities

• Developing comprehensive project plans to communicate to customers and other staff members.
• Defining standardized project methodologies, processes, and documents in coordination with internal stakeholders.
• Defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables, in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Coordinating internal resources and external service providers, as well as liaising with the customer to ensure smooth project execution.
• Estimating the resources and participants required to achieve project goals, managing project budgets and resource allocation.
• Communicating project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear manner. Regular communication with project stakeholders.
• Ensuring the timely, budget-compliant, and quality-compliant execution of projects.
• Handover of operationally relevant topics to the operations team for ongoing management.

What you bring

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven experience in managing IT infrastructure projects and system implementations.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in IT project management.
• Good knowledge of ITSM, with relevant certification being an advantage.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
