Working Student (m/f/d) Industrial SMT

These challenges await you:

• Perform mass production trials (FDPR) on the lines and deliver reports and deploy actions to improve line output

• Leading projects with industrial timing follow-up

• Perform and/or collect capabilities of equipment and process and update the follow-up and related actions plan

• Collect and analyze data of the line performance (Cycle times, Scrap, downtime etc)

• Sparepartsmanagement

• Lead maintenance-related productivity improvements and QRQC (Quick Response Quality Control) processes

• Deploy and oversee Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) processes to optimize equipment performance (MTTR, MTBF, TRP)

• Participate in new equipment development and modification of existing equipment

• Design small tool and validate the supplier proposal

• Speaking fluently German and English
