Your Passion:

• From reservation receipt to "booking completed" - you support smooth processes and ensure that every guest gets the perfect room
• Under your charismatic supervision the guests are happy, the hotel occupancy booms and the upselling is going on
• You also actively support the handling of complaints
• You have your eyes and ears everywhere and are in constant contact with our important departments such as Front Office and F&B
• You will get to grips with our reservation and booking systems and ensure that the data is correct
