About the team:
Our Supply Chain Management Consulting unit supports SAP customers in planning, executing, and monitoring their supply chain processes. In doing so, we will guide our customers from the design of the solution through realization to go-live and subsequent optimization.
In addition, the department develops its own consulting solutions, which are used for more than 300 customers worldwide and provide additional analysis and controlling functions in addition to the SAP standard software. To do so, we address customer pain points and develop cross-industry solutions.
For our team of over 40 colleagues, we are looking for highly motivated young talents (f/m/d) who are supporting us in this area and willing to work in a challenging but also varied environment.
What you’ll do:
Position title: SAP iXp Intern (f/m/d) - Software Development in Supply Chain Management Consulting
Work Area: Consulting and Professional Services
Location: Walldorf/ St. Leon Rot or Hamburg
Expected start date:
In this role you´ll:
- Support the further develop of our consulting solutions in the SAP programming language ABAP
- Support development projects from initial ideas to finished solutions and their implementation
- Support consultants in various activities related to this process
This is what you need:
- First experience with software development
- ABAP knowledge or motivation to learn ABAP
- Very good German and English skills (C1)
- Interest in Supply Chain Planning
- Technical Affinity
- Passion for SAP Topics and Current IT Technologies

General information:
- This internship can be carried out both as a mandatory internship or as a voluntary internship. The internship period is 6 months (full-time internship). Please let us know which period you are eligible for. We look forward to your application!
- The internship can also be used as a preparation for a thesis written in our team.
Who you are:
You are a student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences. We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stays curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.
- Ongoing studies in software development (for example: business informatics, computer science, business administration with IT focus, information technology, software development, industrial engineering, mathematics)
- Knowledge of at least one programming language required
- Strong communication and presentation skills and autonomous, goal-oriented work (also in the virtual team)
- Fluent language skills in English and German
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office is a prerequisite
