Your Responsibilities:

• Leading the Way: You'll lead and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.
• Campaign Optimization: Develop and optimize SEA campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Meta, to drive results for clients.
• Client Collaboration: Collaborate closely with clients to understand their business goals and deliver tailored digital marketing solutions that meet their needs.
• Strategic Insights: Analyze campaign performance data and provide strategic recommendations to drive continuous improvement and deliver measurable outcomes.
• Main Point of Contact: Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
• Staying Ahead: Stay informed about industry trends and best practices, applying innovative approaches to campaign execution to stay ahead of the curve.

Your Profile:

• Experience Matters: With at least 5 years of experience in digital marketing, including a focus on SEA campaigns and strategy development, you're ready to take on this leadership role.
• Analytical Skills: You have strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making, allowing you to make informed choices and drive results.
• Communication Skills: Your excellent communication and presentation skills enable you to engage clients and stakeholders effectively, building strong relationships along the way.
• Leadership Abilities: You're a natural leader with proven experience in leading and motivating teams to achieve their goals.
• Results-oriented: With a results-oriented mindset, you're committed to delivering high-quality work and achieving measurable outcomes for clients.
• Multi-tasking Mastery: You excel at managing multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Due to our clients position within German speaking markets, it is a requirement that the candidate can speak, read and write German fluently and should bring a strong command of English.
