As a Senior Data Management Expert (m/f/d), you will play a key role in the design and implementation of our company-wide data management. With your expertise, you will ensure a transparent and efficient data architecture, actively contribute to improving our data quality, and create the basis for data-driven decisions.

Responsibility for central data management in the company: You are the central contact person for data management, set the direction, and communicate goals and procedures to the relevant stakeholders.

Development and coordination of a data management roadmap: You develop a roadmap, plan and manage projects, and set priorities so that together we achieve the greatest impact.

Development and further development of the data architecture: You will develop a scalable and future-oriented data architecture that forms the basis for our data-related processes and systems.

Introduction and establishment of data governance: You define guidelines, standards and processes for handling data and ensure compliance with them.

Ensuring data quality: You implement mechanisms for monitoring and improving data quality. You work with the relevant departments to develop optimization measures.

This will help us move forward

Completed studies in computer science, business informatics, data science or a comparable field

Several years of experience in data management, ideally in a similar position

Experience in implementing data governance structures and ensuring data quality

Very good analytical skills and a high degree of problem-solving skills

Strong communication skills and the ability to communicate complex, technical issues in an understandable manner
