Your responsibilities

You develop and manage the social media strategy for several brands
-
You create, plan, coordinate, and publish content on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube

You oversee the entire content production – from concept to publication – in close collaboration with the team

You manage our community, interact with followers, and ensure active and vibrant engagement
-
You analyze KPIs, evaluate performance, and derive data-based optimizations
-
You identify trends early and integrate relevant topics into our brand communication
-
You actively build networks with creators, service providers, and regional multipliers
-
You’re regularly on-site at our locations in Schleswig-Holstein and Hamburg to create authentic content – with sea views and the real feeling of sea breeze
Your profil
-
Several years of experience in social media management, ideally in a corporate environment
-
Know-how in content strategy, performance analysis, and community building
-
A creative eye for visual storytelling – experience with photography, video, and editing is a plus
-
Independent, structured way of working and strong organizational skills
-
Willingness to travel and flexibility – being on-site when it matters
-
Confident use of tools such as Meta Business Suite, analytics software, and Adobe Creative Cloud
-
Strong communication skills, team spirit, and a good sense for digital trends

Interest in maritime topics or even a small passion for ships? Very welcome – but not a must!

Training or a degree in marketing? Great, but not essential – what matters most is your sense for trends and target audiences
