Working Student (m/f/d) Process Automation & Data Analysis

This is what you can do:

• As a "Working Student (m/f/d) Process Automation & Data Analysis" you will advise our internal customers on the optimal design and automation of business processes with a focus on Signavio Process Governance and the Microsoft Power Platform.
• You digitize analog processes by developing and implementing automated solutions for recurring processes.
• You analyze complex data structures and create meaningful dashboards and reports in Qlik Sense to support data-driven decisions.
• Your tasks will also include independently supporting sub-projects from process definition to optimization and documenting workflows and automation processes.
• You conduct training for employees and are available as a contact person for questions about Signavio and Microsoft Power Platform.
• You will also work closely with various departments and actively support the regular modeling and optimization of existing process models.

This is what you bring with you:

• Advanced studies in a business, technical or IT-related field or comparable knowledge
• Ideally, first practical experience in Signavio Process Governance, Microsoft Power Platform (PowerApps, PowerAutomate) or Qlik Sense
• Knowledge of SQL, JavaScript or Python is an advantage
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills to solve complex problems
• A high IT affinity and the willingness to quickly familiarize yourself with new technologies
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills
• A structured, independent and team-oriented way of working and enjoyment of collaborating with different departments
• Terms such as communication skills, teamwork and assertiveness are not foreign words
• A valid certificate of enrollment for the entire period of employment
