Let's connect: If you want to experience how things are done in the Corporate Communications team at our headquarters in Hannover / Germany, join us on a temporary basis for 24 months, commencing as soon as possible as a Team Assistant Corporate Communications. The position is suitable for part-time work (min. 30 HPW).
You can look forward to
- Organization and coordination of appointments, preparation and follow-up of meetings and internal and external events
- Preparation of minutes and presentation documents
- Coordinating the onboarding process for new employees in the department
- Preparation and follow-up of business trips, including travel bookings, visa applications and travel expense reports
- Carrying out classic assistant activities, such as procuring materials, processing mail and invoices
- Supervision of the merchandise shop and processing of inquiries in international marketing support
- Representing and supporting the assistant in a related area
You come equipped with
- Several years of professional experience as a (team) assistant in an international company
- Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification
- Confident handling of modern digital media, communication and collaboration tools
- Proactive, service-oriented way of working and a hands-on mentality
- Quick comprehension skills and a professional, engaging demeanor
- German and English at a business fluent level combined with strong communication skills
