Ihre Aufgaben

• Develop and manage detailed project schedules, covering planning, procurement, and coordination with construction and commissioning teams.
• Regularly update project schedules and perform variance analysis.
• Conduct critical and near-critical path analyses to ensure project timelines are met.
• Facilitate meetings with key stakeholders, including engineering, procurement, and construction teams, as well as customers.
• Prepare monthly project status reports, providing insights into variances, progress, key milestones, and float values.
• Ensure data accuracy in SAP, following internal compliance rules and procedures.
• Support schedule acceleration initiatives and identify strategies to mitigate delays.
• Document and analyze delay causes and durations to support comprehensive delay assessments.

Ihr Profil

• Extensive experience in project planning within EPC companies in the Power or Oil & Gas sectors.
• Advanced proficiency in project scheduling tools such as Primavera P6 and MS Project; SAP knowledge is a plus.
• Strong technical understanding of power generation equipment, including turbines and generators.
• Expertise in Extension of Time (EOT) claims and forensic delay analysis.
• Proven ability to manage projects from initiation to closure.
• Fluent in English and German.
• Willingness to be on-site in Heidenheim at least three days per week.
