Your Trainee Journey: What to Expect

• A tailored program lasting 18-24 months
• Rotations of six months each, providing insights into the most exciting marketing areas
• The possibility of spending one rotation abroad at one of our global locations, such as the U.S. or Poland
• Responsibility for your own projects
• Learn how the marketing department of a global company operates – from strategic decisions to daily operations
• Start date will be in fall of 2025

Your rotation plan will be customized to your interests - you shape your journey!
In addition to a compulsory rotation in product management, you can choose up to three further rotations from the following marketing functions :

• Strategic Marketing
• Marketing Channels
• Campaign Management
• Marketing Analytics
• Digital Sales & Experience

In addition, a rotation in Research & Development as well as short-term assignments in relevant interface areas such as Sales and Production are also possible.

What Makes You a Good Fit?

• Master`s degree in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry or Economics/Business Administration with a focus in Marketing
• First relevant practical experience in Marketing desirable, e.g. through internships or working student activities

• Open-minded team player with a positive attitude
• Innovative thinker with a high sense of customer orientation

• Ambitious, flexible and initiative taking personality
• Strong communication skills in English
