Disclosure of your data within the MHTS group

I agree that the personal information and application data (e.g. name, address, contact data, application documents), which I have provided, can be forwarded to the group’s domestic and foreign subsidiary companies and to the representative offices where my application will be processed for the purpose of possible recruitment within the European Union.

Inclusion in the MHT applicant pool

We will be happy to include interesting applications, which are not immediately successful, in our group applicant pool.

By including your application in our group applicant pool, we are able:
- to check your profile for new options
- to contact you quickly if required
- to find out whether you are interested in a new option which we consider suitable

For this purpose your data will be retained for a further 6 months. We will notify you as soon as we delete your data from our group applicant pool.

However, our system will not be automatically consider your application for future posts. If you are interested in a post, please re-apply.

A minimum age of 16 years is required to be included in our group applicant pool.
