PACE Telematics, based in Karlsruhe, is one of the leading technology providers in the Connected Car Services and automotive cloud platforms sector. The core product of PACE is the platform connectedfueling.com , which enables mobile payments at gas stations using various payment methods.

Your Tasks

• Develop and implement performance marketing strategies for our PACE Drive App across various platforms (Instagram/META, TikTok, App Store + Play Store, Google Ads, etc.) and print marketing at the stations.
• Budget responsibility for the marketing channels and optimization of cost-efficiency.
• Identify trends, insights, and new opportunities in performance marketing to maximize growth opportunities.
• Build and maintain partnerships with influencers and content creators to increase brand awareness and expand the user base.
• Create reports and analyses on campaign performance to derive data-driven optimizations.
• Work closely with the product team to align marketing goals and product development.

Your Qualifications

• Experience in developing and implementing successful performance marketing strategies, ideally in the mobile app sector.
• Solid knowledge of social media advertising and ASO/ASM, SEO/SEM.
• Experience in leading influencer marketing campaigns and building partnerships with influencers.
• Analytical skills and experience in using data analysis tools to measure and optimize campaign performance.
• Strong communication and presentation skills and the ability to effectively collaborate with various teams.
