Digital Science Outreach: Social Media & Website Internship

Your Responsibilities
ISTA’s science education brand VISTA is all about creating excitement for science! As an intern you will support several digital projects around the opening of the VISTA Science Experience Center (Website, social media) and our day-to-day social media activities that aim to make science accessible to a young audience. You will
- support social media content creation for the VISTA channels (Instagram, TikTok, Youtube) – design, filming, editing
- support the digital implementation of VISTA science workshop bookings and exhibition offers on www.vistascience.at
- manage photos and other digital assets.
Your Profile
- Ongoing education in relevant disciplines such as digital marketing, multimedia, digital design/ webdesign or communication
- Previous experience in website editing (e.g. Wordpress) and/or design tools (e.g. Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva) is advantageous
- Very good command of written and spoken English and German (Institute language: English, main working language: German) as well as a sense for aesthetics and words
- A curious and creative mindset as well as a highly diligent and reliable approach
- High interest in science, openness and willingness to learn in a team
