• You develop the IT (security) strategy with the team and ensure the implementation of the measures
• You and your colleagues and service providers ensure the operation of the security architecture (e.g. SIEM, NAC, Endpoint Protection, Identity Protection)
• You support audits and penetration tests, analyze the results and derive measures for the IT organization
• You regularly check the security measures, frameworks and tools for their effectiveness
• You recognize optimization potential in the security architecture and implement improvements in projects
• You handle security-relevant incidents as part of the incident response processes and ensure that they are resolved

• Training in the field of system integration, MINT studies or comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in IT security, ideally in incident response or security operations
• Solid knowledge in at least one of these areas:
• Operation of IT security tools (e.g. SIEM, EDR, NAC)
• Windows and Mac OS environments (client & server)
• virtualization (HyperV, VMware)
• Network security and firewalls (Fortigate, Juniper)
• Cloud security (Azure, AWS, GCP)
• Experience with vulnerability management, security monitoring and forensics
• Structured and analytical working methods as well as problem-solving skills
• Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English
