Your Profile:
- Enrolled student of a business or technical degree
- Basic knowledge of accounting is an advantage
- Very good written and spoken German
- Good knowledge of English is an advantage
- Solution-oriented thinking and acting as well as a good understanding of business processes
- High affinity for numbers
- Very good handling of Microsoft Office programmes (Excel and Word)
- Structured, careful and independent way of working
- Enjoy working in a motivated team
Your Responsibilities:
- Support in invoice management and ordering
- Processing of incoming and outgoing invoices
- Support with invoice verification (plausibility check)
- Creating and scanning accompanying sheets + recording in the ERP system
- Support with the creation of orders in the ERP system and digital filing/documentation
- Collaboration with internal and external project participants
- Taking responsibility for tasks, small projects, ad hoc enquiries
- Supporting the front desk
For this position we offer a market-compliant salary of 17 EUR/hour gross per month. However, an overpay is possible according to qualification and experience.
