Senior Developer (m/f/d) Python and Golang with experience in AWS

Location: remote
Workload: full-time or at least 80%

Tasks:

- Restructuring of the existing backend services in Golang to Python, which are based on multiple Microservice frameworks to support a Data Driven Farming customer solution
- Definition of the system interfaces and the associated documentation of the required architecture components
- Implementation of the solutions throughout the entire life cycle from development, testing and deployment to production, including documentation and code improvement
- Working in software development teams with agile methods (Scrum/Kanban)
- Support the Microservice system landscape in the Amazon AWS Cloud

Requirements:

- Excellent knowledge of Python, ideally more than 5 years of professional project experience
- Practical project experience in Golang development
- Proven record of developing production-ready software solutions, ideally in scalable cloud infrastructures
- Deep Knowledge in AWS with Terraform and Microservices, ideally knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
- expertise in serverless systems is preferred as well as an understanding for event-driven architectures
- ideally experience in supporting an IoT-related product's backend system
- Solid knowledge in Software development life cycle and agile development methods like SCRUM/Kanban which is supported with JIRA Tools and Version Control tools (Git)
- Very good communication skills with international teams
- fluent English skills
