Translation Project Manager

We are currently looking for full-time Translation Project Manager to join us at our headquarters in Mönchengladbach.

Your role

• Work directly with clients and look after your own client base
• Advise your clients about our language services and manage multilingual translation projects from preparing the quote right through to delivery
• Develop tailor-made solutions for your clients and optimize client-specific processes
• Communicate in an international environment and help set up in-house processes to keep everything running smoothly and efficiently
• You will be closely involved with the onboarding of new clients and identify new business opportunities and the appropriate decision-makers

Your profile

• You have a university degree with a focus on translation, linguistics, marketing, business administration or a comparable degree
• You speak German at a native level and also have excellent English skills, other languages are a plus
• You have at least 2 years of professional experience, ideally at a translation agency
• You have outstanding problem-solving skills and are able to work independently and self-critically
• Analytical thinking, a pragmatic approach and the ability to set priorities guide your work every day
• You combine your basic customer-oriented attitude with flexibility, an entrepreneurial mindset and agile working methods
• Thanks to your diplomatic, solution-focused communication style you are able to interact confidently with people at all levels
• You have solid computer and MS Office skills as well as initial experience with CAT tools
