Your tasks:
- Support Head of Finance as required
- Coordinating the preparation of budget and financial forecasting and reporting any variances
- Preparing and publishing all monthly financial statements
- Creating reports (annual and monthly) which identifies results, trends and forecasts
- Manage the month end process
- Applies regulatory, legal, professional and ethical standards in relation to audit and assurance engagements
- Managing the year end close with external auditors as well as Group requirements
- Plans and prepares for audit and assurance engagements
- Manage the inventory & development controlling business processes
- Documenting business processes, accounting policies to maintain internal controls in line with Group requirements
Your profile
- Studies in business administration, industrial engineering or comparable commercial training
- Professional experience in the above-mentioned field of activity
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Excel including PowerQuery and ideally knowledge of SAP
- Experience in the creation of PowerBI reports
- Very good knowledge of MS Office
- Knowledge of SQL is an advantage
- Very good German and English language skills
- Very good communication skills, a confident manner and a hands-on mentality
